1. Diamond grind floors.
2. Patch all crack with 2part polyurea crack filler.
3. Install moisture vapor barrier with epoxy & chips.
4. Install top coat epoxy and chips with chemseal coat (This protects your floor from salt and freezing weather.)
5. Install 5400 breathable urathane.
